About This Game

"Sorry Gerald."

Little Casualties is a chaotic, Lemmings-inspired puzzle game where hundreds of tiny named units march confidently toward an uncertain fate.

Place bridges, catapults, kickers, and parachute dispensers to guide enough survivors to the exit.
The rest are acceptable losses.

Gameplay:

Use real time puzzle solving skills to manage the units from A-B. For each level you get a kit including: parachutes, catapults and bridges. Lead enough of the units to the exit and you move on. If not, you retry.

You can pause to look and plan, but not to place.

What the critics are saying:

"It's kind of depressing" - Wife

"Ugh" - Me

"Dumb" - Bro

Live coverage of the tragedies.

The Little Casualties News Network reports on incidents as they happen. A live news tracker during play with breaking headlines for every major event. Post level roundup with stills of the scene that tries to zoom in on the disasters... None of this changes anything. It just makes sure everybody knows.

Four game modes:

  • Classic - Linear levels, the way it should be

  • Squad - Roguelite campaign that spans generations. Once a unit is dead, they stay dead. However, their offspring might make an appearance. Or burn a collectible card to revive the lost unit. Survivors rank up.

  • Sandbox - Unlocks all the units and all the tools as a playground

  • Chaos - Random events fire at all times, gravity failure, weather changes, AI takes over and even the flavor of the game changes.

An epic journey spanning generations.

Gerald didn’t make it. Neither did Steve, Karen, or Jorge.
But Gerald Jr. is ready to try again. Then Gerald III. Then Gerald IV.

The cycle continues. This is their story.
