About This Game

Hellwake: Hordes of Styx is a fast-paced first-person hack & slash roguelike. Cut through demon hordes across procedurally generated maps, swing between sword and spell, and keep moving, standing still is how you die.
Reach the end of the run, or die trying and take the skill points with you.

Slay demons, collect XP, level up and choose an offering. Abilities are randomly offered to enhance your primary and secondary attacks, chain lightning off a dash, a sword that splits into three, magic that detonates what it kills, 
creating powerful synergies and making every run unpredictable.

Search the map for optional interactables that grant powerful bonuses during your run, such as
increased rarity,
bonus experience, improved stats and other helpful effects.

Every run brings you closer to becoming stronger. Earn Skill Points to unlock permanent upgrades and invest
them into three distinct Skill Trees. As you progress, powerful Ultimate Skills become available, allowing you
to further specialize your build.
