The plague has consumed Transylvania.

It’s 1619. The plague has emptied villages, barricaded churches, and turned once-busy roads into lonely trails haunted by soldiers, outlaws, and whispers of the dead.

You are a humble cart driver hired by Nera, a mysterious immortal woman answering a summons from her creator, Count Saint Germain. Together, you’ll travel the moonlit roads of 1619 Transylvania, venturing deeper into a land where every crossroads, ruined chapel, forgotten mill, and abandoned homestead tells the story of a world falling apart.

Leave the safety of your cart and venture into forgotten places, hidden laboratories, ruined forts, caves, cemeteries, and abandoned settlements. Explore in first person, search for weapons and useful items, uncover journals and environmental clues, and face dangerous encounters using swords, firearms, alchemical tools, and the environment itself.

Travel at your own pace through a handcrafted gothic landscape built around exploration and discovery. Follow the main road toward your objective or leave it entirely to find hidden paths, optional locations, powerful equipment, strange characters, and dangerous encounters. Major areas can be approached in different orders, and curiosity often leads to something worth finding.
