In TRIAD, lies are your weapon and a revolver is your wager. Can you be the last one standing?

Play Your Cards. Call Their Bluff.

Each round, play cards and declare what you’ve put down. You might be telling the truth—or selling a convincing lie. Watch your opponents, decide whether to trust them, and slam the gavel when you’re ready to call their bluff. Get it right, and they must shoot themselves. Get it wrong, and the gun is yours.

Face the Revolver

Lose a challenge and you’ll face a revolver loaded with a random mix of blanks and live rounds. Survive the shot to play another round. Run out of health, and you’re out.

Choose Your Character

Every character has a unique talent that can turn the tables. One can spot where the blanks are; another can peek at an opponent’s bullets; a third can rearrange their own cylinder. Pick a character that suits your style of deception. Will you bluff on instinct or outthink the table?

Themes and Skills

At the start of a match, players choose cards to form a pool of themes that can change the rules. One might turn every Coin Card into a wild card; another might make a failed challenge cost an extra shot. Skills give you more ways to adapt, from changing how cards are played to earning more coins.
