About This Game

Geolocation, a route to discover, and a decades-old family story waiting to unfold along the way.

Based on a series of dashcam photos taken every minute, your task is to reconstruct the routes taken during a multi-stage journey. You rely entirely on what you can see in the images: road signs, buildings, the lay of the land... By pinpointing your location on the map, you push the story forward. You don't have to determine the exact position of every single photo. To proceed with the story, you only need to pinpoint the location of the final photo in a given stage. However, each location can provide extra clues and make finding the subsequent ones easier.

The game interface is built around simple early-2000s devices: a notepad, an image browser, and a trusted GPS navigation system. No pressure, no rush – just you and the real world.

As your journey progresses, you will uncover fragments of Robert’s story. You are driving to light a candle on a grave. But whose grave will it be?
