ABOUT THE ROLE

The magnetic arm moves on its own. You don't need to worry about that. Your job is to watch it carefully and press the button at exactly the right moment to drop the box. Then do it again.

• Stack more than half of your assigned quota before the boxes run out.
  
• Match three boxes of the same color for a Three In A Row bonus. Management loves a pattern.
  
• Boxes tip, slide, break and, on rare occasions, explode. This is normal and not covered by insurance.
  
• Every fourth round includes a Promotion Review with a score target. Reviews are a great opportunity for growth.

YOUR SUPERVISOR

B.A.S.I.L. is always watching. She will train you, encourage you and make sure you are doing your job correctly. B.A.S.I.L. has never made a mistake.
