About This Game

Delligatium is a surreal first-person RPG focused on the Delegates of Strivers: Gods born from mortal desires, worshiped by those trapped in a land no soul claims, and forced into arena games for the chance of exit.

You play as a mortal with a name, a body, and a chosen Striver.

Fight through deliberate, close-range arena battles where stamina, timing, blocking, leaning, injuries, and pleasant sound effects all matter.

Choose a Striver at the start of each character’s fall. Your devotion changes your stats, strengths, weaknesses, and relationship with the characters sharing your fate.

Suffer through limb-based injury systems. Your arms, legs, ribs, skull, can bruise, worsen, break, and affect how you move and fight in the arena.

Explore the lower place between battles. Speak to sub-par survivors, spend copper, make donations, sell limbs, find distractions, and discover things that should probably have been left alone.

Read lore books and uncover the beliefs, histories, and arguments behind the Strivers. Some characters understand more than others, and some do not want to share what they know.

The developers describe the content like this:

Delligatium contains mature content including frequent violent acts, killing, realistic blood, bodily injury, spooky cadavers, accidental death, and descriptions of violence. Some scenes include dark or bleak horror themes, fear, and depictions of suicide.

The game also includes mild profanity, occasional moderate crude language, and adult humor involving bodily functions, death, crime, mental health and substance abuse. One optional NPC will also perform fourth wall breaking behavior after becoming angry enough, including opening the player’s default web browser with harmless joke searches as part of an in-game interaction, and calling them by the desktop's name. No information regarding this is stored, this is only done for comedic effect.
