About This Game

You are in control of a Rat Colony. Don't squeak it up!

Inspired by games like the Anno series, Oxygen Not Included and Fallout Shelter, run your Rat City into the ground. Literally. Metaphorically speaking, try not to do that. Keep your Rats happy and employed. So they can produce goods for consumption until they die. Gather the resources to be turned into goods to be distributed among the population. Your rats demand more products! The never ending demand for the production of products to consume is all consuming. Wait, is this real life? NO, IT'S RAT CITY!

KEY FEATURES:

• Ratisfaction: Keep your Ratizens happy and employed with plenty of things to do, eat and buy. If Ratisfaction gets too low they will move out and maybe even cause trouble. Those pesky rats!

• Gather, Refine, Manufacture: Turn raw Ratsources into finished products that are then sold to the population for profit. Balance your production costs and place your buildings to maximize efficiency.

• Colony Management: Assign rats to different Rooms to perform various jobs. Farming, mining, constructing, praying, defending and more! Make sure you have enough Ratizens to keep the Colony functioning.

• Underground Life: Rat City is not built above ground, no no no. That is where the Great Rat Wars are being fought and dangerous predators lurk. Rats feel at home in the dirt.

• Produce: Produce products to consume.

• Consume: Consume those products.

• Explore: Plan expeditions to the upside to scavenge for rare loot and resources.

• Live: Keep your Ratizens well fed and with plenty of toys so they can live a happy life. Be careful of dangers.

• Die: Dangers lurk. From accidents like fires to toxic gas or events like famine to vile TechnoRater incursions. All these can lead to death. Prepare for it.

• CHz: You must earn CHz for the glory of the Rat Empire! We need CHz!

• Various Game Modes: Campaign, Freeflow (name not decided yet), Challenges. All with customizable difficulty so you can either chill and cozy-build without worry or work to constraints of your choosing and well, worry.

The rats are pleased that I continue to make games about them. They thank me with treats and sweet sweet CHz. I must obey. I must do as they say no matter the cost. No matter the task. If I do not comply they will feast upon the flesh of my family. Please help me.
