Why Early Access?

“I'm going to be updating the game a lot until i'm satisfied with it and the players are too, they will be a massive part for where the developpement should go. The game already has enough content to make it fun and replayable but i'd like to add a campaign and a roguelike mode. So i think that early access is a good fit so that you can expect those updates.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“i expect it to be around 4-6 months or more depending on where i want to take the game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I plan to add gamemodes such as a campaign and a roguelike mode, quality of life changes, add more maps.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“It is currently still in developpement, as in playable, you will be able to play the main game loop, you can refer to the "About This" section. The game needs a lot of polish in places, i expect to get the game out on Steam in early access by the end of the year.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I'm not planning on changing the price after leaving early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I'll be setting up a discord to converse with the community, as well as in the community HUB on Steam.”

About This Game

Developpement is still ongoing and visuals are subject to change.

Extinction cycle is not for the faint of heart as you can expect to be chased by anything from zombies to devils, their only purpose is to kill you.

Your objective is to survive as long as you can while making the biggest carnage possible. Blood can be toggled to stay forever so I hope you will enjoy painting every room red with the blood of your enemies with all possible tools at your disposal.

Fortify your defenses, hold your ground with turrets and placeable obstacles.

You will fights across many locations and compete with other soldiers to get to the top of the leaderboard by surviving as long as you can.

You can also bring friends and family into the simulation with a split-screen coop mode !

This is a passion project of mine. Greatly inspired by the browser game called BoxHead that i played when i was young. I hope you enjoy it and i am open to feedback to make changes to the game.
