What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want to use Early Access to develop Italian Street Food Simulator together with our players. The core gameplay loop is designed to be fully playable, while player feedback will help us improve balancing, progression, customer flow, usability, and the overall day-to-day experience.

Early Access also gives us an opportunity to see which parts of running the street food business players enjoy most and use that feedback when deciding how the game should grow on the way to version 1.0.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Italian Street Food Simulator to remain in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months.

This is an estimate rather than a fixed deadline. The exact timing of version 1.0 will depend on development progress, player feedback, and when we feel the game has reached the level of content and polish we want for the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“During Early Access, we plan to expand and refine the existing game rather than change its core direction.

Our current plans include expanding the selection of food and equipment, adding more progression and business-development options, improving customer variety and behavior, expanding customization, and continuing to improve balancing, usability, performance, and overall polish.

The exact scope may change during development based on player feedback and what works best with the existing gameplay systems.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is planned to launch as a fully playable single-player experience built around running your own Italian street food business.

Players can prepare and serve a variety of street-food recipes, serve both walk-up and seated customers, manage ingredients and supplies, use different cooking equipment, purchase items for the business, manage reusable plates and cups, clean and wash used tableware, earn money, and progress through new recipes and equipment over multiple in-game days.

The core business, cooking, customer, progression, saving, Steam Cloud, and achievement systems are intended to be functional from the beginning of Early Access. We will continue improving balance, content variety, quality-of-life features, performance, and polish throughout development.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We currently plan for the Early Access price to reflect the amount of content available at that stage of development.

The price may increase as the game receives additional content and approaches the full version. Any planned price changes will be communicated to players in advance.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to collect feedback through the Steam Community Hub, our community channels, player reviews, bug reports, and direct playtesting. We will use this feedback to identify issues, improve balancing and usability, evaluate progression and gameplay systems, and help determine which areas should receive the most attention during development.

We also plan to communicate development progress and important updates through Steam announcements throughout Early Access.”

About This Game

Italian Street Food Simulator is a first-person cooking and management game where you run your own street food business in a lively Italian coastal town.

Prepare food, take care of your customers, manage your supplies, keep your stand running smoothly, and reinvest your earnings as your small business grows day by day.

PREPARE ITALIAN STREET FOOD

Build a growing menu of Italian street-food favorites and prepare each order yourself. Work directly with ingredients and cooking equipment as you fry, press, bake, assemble, and serve food to your customers.

As your business grows, new recipes and equipment add new steps to your daily workflow and give you more to manage during busy service hours.

SERVE AT THE COUNTER OR AT THE TABLE

Not every customer is served the same way.

Take care of walk-up customers looking for a quick meal, or serve guests who choose to sit at one of your tables. Prepare each order, choose the right way to serve it, and make sure it reaches the correct customer.

Seated service also means more work after the meal. Collect used plates and cups, wash reusable tableware, clear the tables, and get everything ready for your next guests.

KEEP YOUR STAND STOCKED

A busy food stand needs more than good cooking.

Keep track of your ingredients and supplies, visit the local market when you need to restock, and make sure you have everything required to get through the day.

Good preparation can make the difference when several customers arrive at once.

MANAGE THE DAILY RUSH

Orders can quickly pile up as your business becomes more popular.

Decide what to prepare first, keep different cooking stations moving, manage your available tableware and supplies, and serve customers without letting your workflow fall apart.

The better you learn your stand, the more efficiently you can handle a busy day.

GROW YOUR STREET FOOD BUSINESS

Turn your earnings back into your business.

Expand your menu, purchase new equipment, improve your stand and seating area, and increase the number of customers you can serve.

What begins as a small street food stand can gradually become a busy part of the town.
