Why Early Access?

“We want to ensure that the core mechanics of Farming & Supermarket: Clicker—harvesting, production, and market management—are as polished as possible. Based on our experience from previous projects, we know that player feedback is the most valuable tool for perfecting the 'Satisfying Growth' loop that defines our games. Early Access allows us to shape the game alongside our community, ensuring the balance is just right as we introduce new machines, recipes, and regions.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to keep the game in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months. This timeframe gives us enough time to implement planned features like the Desert and Port regions, as well as complex automation systems, ensuring they are bug-free and well-tested by players.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will feature a much wider variety of products, complex production chains with new machinery, more discoverable map regions, and deep automation options. We also aim to include visual enhancements for deeper store customization and implement the features most requested by our community.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version features the complete core loop: harvesting, the Learn/Upgrade NPC systems, and fundamental market management. Players can set up their shops, learn their first recipes, and start selling basic goods. The build we’ve prepared for the June Steam Next Fest fully reflects the 'chill' atmosphere and sense of progression we intend for the final game.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“To thank the players who support us during Early Access, we will offer the game at a lower price point. We plan for a moderate price increase once we reach the full release and add significant new content.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be in constant communication with our players via our Discord server and the Steam Community Hub. After every update, we will gather feedback and run polls on upcoming machines or recipes, giving our players a direct voice in the game's evolution.”
