About This Game

Synopsis

Milo's twin brother, Milton, is dead. He may or may not have killed him. In fact, he might not know for sure.

Wrapped inside Milo's speculation about Milton's cause of death—a rare and chronic disease—lies something more elusive, something Milo can't help but circle back to.

Twin Study is a suspected murder recounted by the suspected murderer. The focus doesn't seem to be who, but how and why.

Gameplay

First person point-and-click puzzles are carefully designed from Milo's perspective, not just what he does in the wake of his brother's death, but also what he refuses to accept.

Unique language-themed puzzles act as both perception and deception. Follow Milo's recount of their lives leading up to the death. Words--in more than one language--are more than what they seem.
