You never know what you're drinking. Your friends do. And they'll do everything to make sure you're the one who busts. Mad Friday is a 2–4 player online bar crawl: drink your friends under the table before they get you there. Only one makes it to the last bar.

When playing fair stops working, the dirty tricks come out. Peek into other players' glasses, gag the ones who talk too much, chain them down, slip them a brew nobody ordered. Mad Friday is built around drinking. Players order and pass drinks, get progressively drunk, and the screen distorts to show it. Characters vomit when they overdo it. The core mechanic is a blackjack-style card game played with drinks — no real money, no purchasable currency, no wagering. Cartoon fistfights and sumo matches appear in mini-games, with no blood or injury shown. Cigarettes appear as an item.
