About This Game

For God and For Profit is a challenge for those willing to answer the call. Set in 15th century Italy, the start of the Renaissance and the birth of modern accounting, you serve the Church. Your task? To ensure the Lord's servants are giving their honest share back to the Church. Clean records are a joy, messy records a shame, but fraud is a sin handled by the Papal guard. Look carefully, use the tools and wits given to you, then pronounce your decision case by case. Will you accept bribes? Will merchant threats overcome you? Or is the task simply too much? Come find out...
