About This Game

'Boreal' is a top-down action-adventure RPG, featuring a unique typing mechanic for hunting and fighting. In the narrative driven story, you take the role of an ermine, a feisty weasel-like predator that prowls the snow-torn tundra. But you have a purpose, little stoat.

The land of Boreal is being torn apart at the seams by a corruption, festering and growing in the claws and teeth of every animal living there. Beasts turn on one another in an instant, ancient friendships are ripped apart in fierce skirmishes, and the memory of a day where nobody schemed or killed is more distant than the stars overhead. Take back the animals lost to corruption. That is your mission. Marked by your strange, blueish pelt, you must find your way through the land of Boreal, making allies and enemies along the way.




Customize your ermine, get comfortable in your own skin with fun accessories hidden through out the game.

Sell butchered animals to buy items and tools across the frozen landscape. Allowing you to continue your long, unforgiving journey ahead! 

Meet new characters along the way, friends and foes to help guide the desolate Taiga biome. All with different varied backstories and personalities accustomed to them.

Restore the land to its calm ways. Or be corrupted yourself, trying to save it. Please, little ermine. Save the land of Boreal!
