Rent Out Together is a co-op renovation and rental game for 1 to 4 players. Turn filthy, empty homes into places guests rave about, then hope they leave them in one piece.

MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK

Every home you get is a mess: trash on the floor, stains on every wall, a mystery smell in the kitchen. One of you mops, one paints, the other two carry the sofa up three flights of stairs. Most of the time, it works.

ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL

Pick the paint, the wallpaper, the floors and every piece of furniture, from a wobbly second-hand chair to a luxury sofa. Own the place? Take a sledgehammer to that wall and put an archway where it used to be.

SAY CHEESE, SET A PRICE

Take photos for your listing, set your price and choose who gets to stay. Guests pull up with their suitcases, settle in and call you when the shower stops working. Fix it before they write the review.

One remembers your very first studio. One calls you at two in the morning. And one you will never forget, no matter how hard you try.
