Why Early Access?

“As a solo developer, it can be difficult to predict how players will respond to every aspect of Welcome to the Show. Early access allows me to gather player feedback and use it to improve the game throughout its development. I plan to refine the puzzle machines, balance the overall experience, and make changes based on the player's experience. My goal is to make Welcome to the Show the best version it can possibly be before its full release. ”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“About 6 months depending on the changes needed based on player feedback and the amount of refinement needed before the full release. ”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full version of Welcome to the Show I plan to include, extra overall polish, more modifiers, more upgrades, more machines, and general tweaks to ensure the best experience possible for the player.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes the complete 7 floor experience from start to finish, including puzzle machines, Audience Favor, hazards, wagers, injuries, and punishments. The core game is fully playable, however the balancing, polish, and extra content will continuously improve throughout Early Access based on player feedback.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price may increase when Welcome to the Show leaves Early Access to reflect the additional content, improvements, and polish added throughout development. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I plan to actively listen to community feedback throughout Early Access, especially regarding puzzle machines, difficulty, balancing, and the overall gameplay experience. Both player feedback and suggestions will help guide changes and improvements as Welcome to the Show moves towards its full release. ”

Times are tough, aren't they? Jobs are scarce, bills are piling up, and that dream of having financial freedom seems further away than ever.

Well, congratulations Contestant! After months of applications, you've finally been selected to appear on the show!

Seven floors stand between you and the money you've been so desperate to acquire. All you have to do is complete a few puzzles, keep our lovely audience entertained, and make it to the top!

Simple enough... right?

Every one of our floors are packed with puzzle machines designed to test your skills and reflexes.

Harder machines pay more, but mistakes can cost you a finger, or a toe, or something considerably more important like your sight.

You are welcome to play it safe!

Just remember, safe doesn't make for good television.

Millions of viewers are watching your every move!

Take risks, perform under pressure, and keep those ratings up to earn tips and helpful advantages.
