About This Game

Assassination is a business. You do the paperwork.

Contract killing is just another municipal service, licensed and regulated like any other trade in the Dospierro Republic, where all crime is legal. Welcome to the Hit Regulation Bureau, the state department of targeted terminations.

As a Regulator, your job is simple on paper: review each kill contract, verify the dossier, and stamp APPROVED or DENIED. In practice, nothing is simple. Documents get forged. Stories don't line up. A phone call might confirm what's on the file, or blow it wide open. Every contract demands attention, suspicion, and judgment. You're the one who decides whether a killing gets the government's approval.

Stamp it. Or don't.

Every stamp you press has consequences. Deny a contract, and you might have saved an innocent life, or allowed someone dangerous to remain free. Approve one, and you might have prevented a catastrophe, or condemned someone who never deserved to die.

You rarely know which one you're doing until it's too late to take it back. Your choices affect the people around you, the Bureau, and the world beyond your desk.

  • Review contracts ranging from petty personal grudges to conspiracies reaching the top of government.

  • Catch fraudulent documents and do your due diligence before making a decision.

  • Take phone calls that can confirm or contradict what's sitting in front of you on paper.

  • Watch the world react to your decisions through in-universe news broadcasts.

  • Uncover what's really happening inside the Bureau as the days go on.

A darkly comic, quietly unsettling bureaucracy sim about a job that only sounds boring until you realize what you're actually signing.
