The Will and Torment of El Brante is a dark narrative RPG about defying fate in a dying world. Step into the role of Sir El Brante — an inquisitor sentenced by the Gods themselves to True Death, yet risen again at the very hour when the Empire is cracking apart, faith is fading, laws are collapsing, and forbidden magic is returning to the world once more.

In the Blessed Arknian Empire, every person’s fate was determined from birth. The Twins brought the people the True Faith, their disciples divided society into Lots, and for centuries order was upheld through blood, fear, and obedience. Nobles ruled. Priests guided. Commoners suffered.

But now, everything is changing.

The True Faith has fractured. The Old and the New Churches are locked in struggle. New sects are emerging. The people rise in ever more rebellions and reject the Lots. Magic, condemned as heresy for centuries, is breaking through once again. And you return to a world that no longer wishes to remain what it once was.
