About This Game

The Golden Age of Piracy. Privateers, freebooters, and rival crowns all want your stretch of coast - and the only thing standing between them and your treasure is a wall you haven't built yet.

Battlements is a real-time castle defense game built around a tight three-phase loop: lay out your walls during a frantic build window, place cannons inside what you've enclosed, then survive the wave bearing down on you. Every round you live to see, the enemy comes back uglier.

• Race the clock to seal your castle before the next assault - every cell of enclosed land becomes a place you can stand a cannon
