Mini-golf takes a gravity-assisted detour. Curve shots around planets, tap a limited boost, and thread your ball through cosmic hazards to the wormhole. Chase high scores solo or with up to four players, then build and share your own courses.

Coming Soon To Early Access

The developers of this game intend to release as a work in progress, developing with the feedback of players.

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Wormhole-in-One already has its core gravity-driven mini-golf gameplay, and we want players to help shape where it goes next. Early Access will let us refine the courses, balance and multiplayer experience while developing new ways to play and improving the visuals and sound effects. Your feedback will help us decide what to prioritise.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Early Access to last around 3-6 months. This is an estimate rather than a fixed release date: the timing will depend on development progress, testing and player feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to expand the game with a solo procedural mode built around incremental progression, alongside improved visuals, sound effects and further gameplay refinement. We are exploring a larger skill tree and the possibility of co-op for that mode. These are development goals, and their scope may change as we test ideas and learn from player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version includes the core gravity-driven mini-golf game, with planets and space hazards, limited mid-shot boost, a story mode and three official nine-hole courses. You can play solo or compete with friends through online, LAN or same-screen multiplayer, and create your own holes and courses using the in-game editor. The new procedural incremental mode, its skill tree and co-op are not part of the current version. Balance, presentation and usability will continue to be refined during Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We currently plan to keep the same base price when the game leaves Early Access. We may offer discounts during Steam sales or other promotions.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We welcome bug reports, suggestions and course feedback through the Steam Discussions for Wormhole-in-One. We plan to use that feedback to prioritise fixes, refine game balance and guide new features, and to share progress through Steam announcements and update notes.”

About This Game

Space: the final front nine.

Planets bend your shots. Black holes ruin your plans. Your friends are already lining up their next terrible idea.

Wormhole-in-One is a neon, physics-driven mini-golf game about finding a brilliant route through a very inconvenient universe. Aim, launch, and guide your ball towards the wormhole with a small supply of boost. Play solo, compete with friends, or build a course that makes everyone question your understanding of the word "fair".

Behind the glowing outlines and relaxed soundtrack is a game of angles, timing and calculated risks. A planet can be an obstacle, a useful bounce, or the centre of a sweeping shot that carries you somewhere completely unexpected.

Line it up. Let gravity take over.

Study the course, choose your angle and power, and use the trajectory preview to plan your opening shot. Once your ball is moving, tap boost for a little extra push or hold it to commit more fuel. Boost follows your direction of travel, so when you use it matters as much as how much you use.

Your fuel refills each stroke. Spend it early to build speed, save it for a curve around a planet, or use the last drop to turn a near miss into a finish. The preview shows your unboosted shot; what happens after you add that extra push is yours to discover.

A whole solar system in your way

Every body changes the problem in front of you. Use a planet's pull, time your approach around an orbiting moon, or bounce off the uneven face of an asteroid. Warp gates link distant parts of a hole and open routes that would otherwise be out of reach.

Stars and black holes punish careless approaches. Repulsors push back, mines can send a shot off course, and clouds slow your progress. UFOs and missile-firing spaceships bring moving complications of their own. Learn how these objects interact and an awkward collection of hazards starts to look like a set of opportunities.

The highest score wins

Distance earns points, and finishing in fewer strokes rewards that journey with a stronger multiplier. The shortest route and the most valuable route are not always the same. Do you take a safe finish, or try one more ambitious arc before dropping into the wormhole?

There is a cost to missing your chance. Too many strokes move you into penalties against your course total, so chasing distance means weighing the reward against the risk. A well-timed boost, an unexpected rebound, or a wormhole-in-one can turn the standings around.

Bring your friends into orbit

Play with up to four players on the same screen, online through Steam, or over LAN. You can also combine local players and online friends in one lobby when the host allows it. Choose your ball and trail colours, invite your group, and take turns trying to outdo each other's shots.

Even while you wait, your position matters. Set your resting ball to attract or repel nearby balls and become part of the course for the next player. A helpful nudge and an unfortunate interference can look remarkably similar from different sides of the scoreboard.

Courses, a short story, and a proper orientation

Take on 27 holes across three official courses: First Light, Tidal Gardens and The Singularity Open. Each gives you a different arrangement of routes and obstacles to learn, revisit and master.

For a solo journey, the 20-hole short story introduces the personalities and peculiarities of this corner of space. Story progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off. The separate 13-hole Orientation tutorial introduces the mechanics, including boost, with an in-game visual key and flight guide available when you need a reminder.

Make your own corner of the galaxy

Build individual holes and assemble them into courses with the built-in editor. Shape organic boundaries, add separate islands, connect them with warp gates, and arrange your own mix of celestial bodies and hazards. Start from a generated layout or place everything yourself, then playtest and refine the result.

Work on a layout with friends in the collaborative editor, or create a surprise challenge on your own. Share courses through Steam Workshop and browse other players' creations for your next round. Your favourite shot might be on a course nobody has made yet.

One good aim. A little fuel. A lot of gravity.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Generative AI tools were used to help create some pre-made sound effects and marketing materials, including store-page text and promotional artwork. These are fixed assets prepared during development. The game does not generate AI content during gameplay; its random holes and boundaries are created by procedural game code.
