Enjoy Your Stay is an atmospheric first-person anomaly-spotting game with a focus on setting, tone, and underlying stories to be discovered. 

Find anomalies and choose the correct path as you are invited in with hostile hospitality, and discover the sinister secrets lurking beneath the surface of the Hudson Hotel.

How It's Played

• Explore the halls of a dark 1960s hotel

• If you see an anomaly, turn back

• If there are no anomalies, continue forward

• Collect items to reveal tragic stories

• Discover hidden areas by exploring anomalies

Features

Anomalies

Spot the anomalies in order to escape. They can be surreal, uncanny, architectural, and grotesque.

Strange spaces

Discover surreal and liminal spaces beyond the main hallway as some anomalies open secret doors and passageways.

Collectibles

Learn more about the Hudson and its guests through collected transcripts, letters, and perplexing objects.

Underlying Stories

Examine anomalies and collectibles to piece together the underlying stories of the previous guests. Found anomalies and collectibles are all gathered into the Office.

No Death

There are no deaths to reset your progress, so explore at your own pace. Freely investigate areas and anomalies, as your decisions alone decide your fate.

Settings and Accessibility

• No Repeated Anomalies: Once correctly identified, anomalies will not spawn again until all others have been found.

• Missed Anomaly Audio Locator: A toggle that plays an audio cue at the location of an anomaly that has not been correctly identified. This allows players to easily find what they have missed so they know where to look on later loops.

• No Death: This is an observation game first and foremost.

• Comfort Settings: Visual effects sliders, color adjustments, head movement toggles

DEMO

The current demo features 15 anomalies and 4 collectibles, and spans Floor 9 to Floor 3. Average demo playtime is roughly 15-20 minutes for a single playthrough.

This game is in active development. Changes will be made and features may be added based on player feedback.
