“We plan for Election Train to be in Early Access for around 6 to 12 months, though this timeline may change as development progresses.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include:
- Coalition mode — team-based gameplay where players form political alliances
- 8-player matches — larger games for more competitive and chaotic elections
- New country maps beyond the current 7 (Turkey, USA, Europe, France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom)

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable with the following content:
- 7 country maps — Turkey (81 cities), USA (48), France (90), Germany (16), Spain (48), United Kingdom (231), and Europe (41) — totaling over 500 cities
- 150 unique cards per map with various strategic effects including vote manipulation, resource management, and special abilities
- 4 political parties with unique passive abilities (Faith Front, Prosperity Party, Iron Guard, Reform Alliance)
- 2 game modes — Population and City Count
- 4 mini-game types for in-game events
- Up to 4 players in online multiplayer with Steam networking
- Bot/AI support — play solo or fill empty slots with bots
- Built-in tutorial for new players
- 2 languages — English and Turkish

Core gameplay is complete and stable. Future updates will focus on new content (maps, cards, parties), coalition mode, 8-player matches, and balance improvements based on community feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game will be available at a lower price during Early Access. The price will increase when the full version launches to reflect the additional content including coalition mode, 8-player matches, new maps,
cards, and parties. Players who purchase during Early Access will receive all future updates at no extra cost.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will actively gather community feedback through Steam discussions, reviews, and our Discord server. Players will be able to suggest new cards, report balance issues, vote on which country maps to add next,
and share ideas for new party abilities. Regular devlogs will keep the community informed about upcoming features and changes. Balance updates for cards and party passives will be directly shaped by player data
and feedback.”
