Battles in Kingdoms of Arailia are won through positioning, timing, and pressure - not just raw power.

Build armies around card synergies, then face off across a battlefield where every choice carries weight.

Battles unfold through three phases:
Deploy - Spend supplies to send unit and support cards into battle.
Movement - Use speed to manoeuvre, seize ground, and pressure your opponent.
Attack - Resolve combat based on remaining speed, where a fallen unit who was too slow strikes no blow.

Melee, ranged, long-ranged, and magical units each bring distinct weaknesses and advantages, while morale constantly shifts, threatening loss of control through rout or complacency.

Whether in a single decisive battle, or a multi-engagement war, victory belongs to the general who knows when to advance, when to hold, and how long their army can endure.
