In Veil of the Damned, you are not a hero of any class.
You are a Bound Soul, endlessly pulled back into the Veil, a shifting realm of fear, memory, and corruption.

At the threshold waits the Gatekeeper, who asks only one question:

“How do you feel today?”

Your answer shapes your first steps: a spark of strength, a flicker of arcane focus, a sharpened sense, a quicker pulse. These are emotional imprints, not roles, fleeting distortions of your soul as you cross the boundary.

Once inside, the Veil takes over. It mutates you, twists your essence, and reshapes your abilities with every descent.

No run is the same, because the Veil never repeats itself.

There are no classes. No fixed builds. Only the Seal that binds you, the Nightmare that hunts you, and the choices you make as the Veil consumes and remakes you.
