Why Early Access?

“We are launching in Early Access because we want to build a truly living and well-balanced universe together with your community. Right now, we have a fully polished and playable core:

The starting dungeon (Castle Basement) with a complete adventure loop.
The combat system and full PvP tournament functionality.
The collection development and progression systems.
Cooperative raid bosses and solo raid encounters.
Full character customization and interaction with three key NPCs (Calculus, Fire Spirit, Castle Spirit).
However, we desperately need to see how real players engage with the PvP mechanics, collection strategies, raid tactics, and overall pacing. Your feedback is crucial for balancing fights and ensuring the game stays engaging for hundreds of hours. We view this phase as a shared journey – your voice will directly shape the final product.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect the Early Access period to last around 0.5 to 1.5 years. We don't want to drag out an 'eternal beta', but we also refuse to rush a half-baked release. This timeline gives us enough room to carefully implement new content based on your feedback and to deliver all promised features at a high quality.

The exact release date will depend on the complexity of integrating the guild system and new open-world zones, as well as how quickly we achieve the right balance in PvP combat.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release will transform the game from a 'battle arena with RPG elements' into a full-fledged MMO adventure. We are drastically expanding the world and social features. Here are the key changes:

1. Social Structure & PvP:

Full Guilds with internal hierarchy and management.
A new competitive mode – 2v2 PvP.
Large-scale Guild Wars for territory and resources.
Challenging Guild Bosses that require coordinated team play.
2. World & Story:

New open-world sectors to explore (currently only the Castle Basement is available).
A much deeper storyline – new major characters with their own quests and lore, tying all locations together.
In short, Early Access gives you the combat core. The full version will give you a living, breathing world where your goals expand beyond your own hero – you'll build a guild, uncover secrets, and participate in epic faction battles.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and stable, offering a solid core experience with dozens of hours of gameplay. Right now, you can jump in and enjoy:

The starting dungeon (Castle Basement) – a complete adventure zone with its own quests, enemies, and atmosphere.
Three key NPCs (Calculus, the Fire Spirit, and the Castle Spirit) who guide your progression and offer interactions.
Fully functional PvP tournaments – you can compete against other players right away.
A deep collection development system – gather, upgrade, and manage your arsenal.
Full character customization – personalize your hero's appearance and build.
Challenging raid bosses and cooperative boss encounters – test your skills solo or team up with friends.
The main gameplay loop – exploring the dungeon, collecting resources, upgrading your character, and battling in PvP or raids – is complete and polished. While the world is currently limited to the starting zone (the full open world is coming later), all the core mechanics are in place and working as intended.

That said, since this is Early Access, you may encounter minor bugs or balance issues. We are actively monitoring feedback, patching regularly, and fine-tuning the experience based on player input. Think of it as a strong, playable foundation that we are building upon with your help.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the price will likely increase upon full release. We plan to offer the game at a lower, introductory price during Early Access as a thank you to early adopters who help us shape the game with their feedback. Once we launch the full version with all the additional content – guilds, 2v2 PvP, new open-world sectors, deeper story, and more NPCs – the price will be raised to reflect the expanded scope and value of the complete experience.

We may also run occasional discounts during Early Access, but the final release price will be higher than the current Early Access price. So if you're interested in the game, now is a great time to jump in and get the best value while also influencing its development.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community involvement is at the very heart of our Early Access approach. We genuinely want to see how players play, what enjoy, and what needs improvement. Here's how we plan to work with you:

Active Feedback Channels – We will closely monitor Steam forums, Discord, and other social platforms. We encourage you to share players thoughts, bug reports, and suggestions.
Regular Developer Updates – We'll post frequent dev logs and patch notes, explaining what we're working on and how players feedback has influenced changes.
Surveys and Polls – For major decisions (like balance changes, new features, or priority of upcoming content), we'll run community polls to let you vote on what matters most.

Elementra: The Sundered World is a cross-platform RPG 2D/3D-person control, that won't hold your hand. It will ask you: "What are you willing to sacrifice to remain yourself?"

Welcome to the Ancient World, torn apart by a war of the elements.

World:

In the beginning, there was only the Essence - the nexus of universal energy.

Then it split into two parts - Light and Darkness.

Afterward, Light separated from itself - Air and Water, while Darkness gave birth to Fire and Earth.

The Pact of the Elements was: all living things are created jointly, so that every being contains particles of all the elements.
However, every living creature, always has a trace of the universal Essence - a tiny Void.
The particle of energy that, during the formation, lands in this spot, determines the element.

Statistically, the void of a stone giant is more likely to be filled by a particle of Earth, but chance can vary. Therefore, one can encounter paradoxes, such as a bat under the sign of the Light element or a faun under the sign of Fire.

A creature can call its element and draw power from it: to use elemental abilities, both in battle and in everyday life.

When the younger elements had developed and grown strong, all six great and equal Powers began to shape the world.

Mages are Anomalies, "flawed templates" in creation

Born with an unsealed Void (no elemental particle fills it)

The Void pocket can stores immense, global amounts of energy

So, you are an anomaly in the system.

You wield power, that can save the world or burn it to ashes.

What will you do?

The player doesn't take role of a superhero, he is an agent of change in a living, breathing world where magic has a real price and consequence. The themes that will hook people:

  • Authentic Agency: Choices not illusion. Decide, what you answer to NPC - it will 100% change scenario

  • Intellectual & Tactical Satisfaction: DEEP tactical combat combines with the meta-game of managing your collection

  • Belonging to an Epic Saga: You are not an observer, but a central figure in a conflict of ideologies with no clear-cut "good" or "evil"

  • Freedom from Tropes: Shattering the "chosen one" cliché. The plot is created from within by the player himself
