About This Game

Pierrot is a first-person narrative-driven psychological horror experience about obedience, freedom, and the violence hidden in both.

In 5 story chapters, YOU are a puppet. You have always done what you were told, and for a while, that felt like enough. But something in you has shifted. Behind the curtain, in the cages, among the others who share your stage, a question takes shape: what if you stopped?

The theater has its own logic. Its inhabitants have learned to love their chains, or forgotten there were ever any. Some will ask you for help. Some will beg you to hurt them. And you, fragile, hesitant, moved by strings that don't fully belong to you, must decide what it means to act at all.

Pierrot does not reward the right choice. It asks whether there is one.

You dance on strings inside a stage,

where pain is taught and never strange.

You serve the crowd. You play your part.

And dream of tearing strings apart.

Some others like you still cling to freedom’s call.

Some lost the need to want at all.

The cage feels warm, the world feels cold.

And strings feel safer than the void.

You bring the pain because it’s due,

you do the things he tells you to.

The strings are tight, the stage is set,

resist or kneel — you’re master’s pet.

When courage wakes, you dare to flee,

through narrow halls that watch and breathe.

Each step is heard, each sound betrays,

the walls remember all your ways.

They’ll try to stop you. Act as you must.

One day the strings will place their trust
