Why Early Access?

“This game is in early access because core gameplay mechanics may be altered based on players' gameplay and feedback, as well as the game loop itself. There will also be a lot of gameplay driven content added based on this feedback.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The goal is to have the this game out of early access within 6-8 months of its release date.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The plan for the full release is to have much more content that will drive the direction of gameplay. This will include many more playing cards to create a more robust gameplay experience (monsters, events, puzzles and more), along with the addition of many more in-game store items.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of early access includes a variety of 30+ cards, each of which drives it's own unique gameplay function. This includes 12 different monsters too! There is also an in-game store that allows players to customize their character and their lobby.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, the price will remain the same after early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The game's community will be the main source for shaping the game's future. Players' gameplay, feedback and ideas will be considered in all decisions made for updates as the game progresses from early access to full release, and then every update after. If you wish to provide feedback and join the community, please refer to the Discord link or email provided on the store page.”

You are trapped inside this cabin and the only escape is through a game of cards! Use the hands you're dealt to unlock clues hidden throughout the cabin to find the exit. Just beware as the cards you play can alter the cabin around you and have environmental consequences...

Key Features

Play alone or play with friends

Work together because your lives depend on it! Whether you carry or get carried, everyone's choices impact one another. It's when it comes down to the final hour do you choose to escape together, die together, or every player for themselves.

Player-designed cabin

The cabin game doesn't have a one-size map. The rooms of the cabin are laid out as the game progresses, through design of the players. Be careful how you place rooms because as certain events unfold, early game choices can have late game consequences.

You'll never not NOT be bored

Variety is endless as you never know what events will unfold... or when! The cards are randomly shuffled at the start of every game, making each hand different and every turn can yield unpredictable results! 

The Boo Factory

Collect candy as currency and spend it at The Boo Factory! Customize your character, purchase items and pets for your lobby, or buy tricks 'n treats to use in game to mess with your friends!
