About This Game

There is a mountain that towers over a wasteland.

 Schubert never has had any interest in much other than sleeping and barricading himself in trash, until the sanctity of his garbage dump is disturbed by a violent woodland dog. So, Schubert decides to try to find a solution to his dog issues. On his zig zagging travels he meets locals to the towering mountain, and they have one message about the curious landmark… DON'T GO UP THERE.

Don’t Go Up There is a short video game about exploring a cave system within an intimidating mountain. Playing as Schubert the player has to avoid shattering into a million pieces, make their way through twisting paths, and talk to various strangers who stand around in caves.
