“Although all content is already implemented, as a solo developer, there may be unforeseen bugs or balance issues. I chose Early Access to have players experience the game and provide feedback on bugs and difficulty, allowing me to polish it into a stable 'Full Version'.”

“I plan for a short period of about one month to focus on bug fixes and balance adjustments.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will incorporate bug fixes found during Early Access and final game balance adjustments. At this time, I do not plan to add major new content (such as new machines or items) for the full release. The main difference will be improved quality and stability.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game specifications are already complete, and it is playable from start to finish. All features, including laser treatment, management, and staff hiring, are implemented, and players can reach the maximum shop grade.”

About This Game

In this sim, you're the boss of a salon for the discerning, well-groomed gentleman. Run your business and get hands-on in tackling swathes of unruly body hair. Make sure to keep one beady eye on your profit margins, and the other on your golden geese: the clients!

Keep your mouse-hand steady and your heart steely. Show no mercy as you rid customers of their hairy predicaments! You'll have the latest and greatest in medical grooming tech at your fingertips, so cut no corners, and leave no stubbly survivors. As you tell your clients, "A little pain is a small price to pay for such manly beauty!" It's a trial that the truly groomed and handsome must all overcome. So make it happen!

While hair removal's oddly satisfying, overdoing it can be prickly and painful. Get too trigger-happy with your laser and your client's Pain meter will skyrocket—cue the screams and bad reviews! It's a good thing you're a professional, then: meticulously manage their pain, work precisely, and apply numbing cream as needed. With some finesse, it's no pain, and all gain!

Perhaps you'll advise customers to purchase cooling gel, reducing post-salon redness and discomfort. Or, if you've the gift of the gab, talk them into your lavish Aftercare Packages. Grant clients on a budget affordable options, and ensure the wealthier gents splash out for your VIP treatments. Yet you'll need to observe closely in order to figure out how deep their pockets run, and how to maximize your profits.

In today's world, reputation and online reviews are everything. Your standing on review sites has a direct knock-on effect on your customer traffic. "They're sadists!", "I paid big money just to get burned!": racking up damaging reviews like these will lose you business. But perform well, earn five-star praise, and they'll flock to you. So keep tabs on your reviews and strive to become the top-ranked salon in town.
