Privacy Not Included is a first-person motel management simulator about building a business in a place where secrets pay.

Buy a rundown roadside motel, clean and repair rooms, set prices, and keep guests satisfied. Upgrade your property through multiple tiers—then expand and transform it into a full hotel by adding rooms, staff, and better services.

But running the motel is only half the job. You can install surveillance devices to monitor guest activity, gather evidence, and react to what you discover. Stay honest and protect your business, ignore what you see and focus on profits, or cooperate with criminals for fast money—with higher risk.
