About This Game

Subway Story is a narrative-driven exploration game set entirely within the New York City subway. It's a place where millions of lives briefly intersect daily, and nothing is ever quite what it seems.

You ride the train. You wander between cars and stations. You talk to strangers, take on small jobs, and stumble into moments that feel ordinary… until they don’t. Over time, the subway begins to change in unexpected ways.

You only have one life in the city with choices that matter and are remembered.
