What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We're opening Early Access so you can help shape the game. Jump in now and influence what comes next. Your feedback will guide every update.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to keep the game in Early Access for roughly 6 to 12 months. This timeframe may change depending on the feedback we receive and the time needed to implement new features, but our goal is to deliver the full release within a year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add significantly more cards, new game modes, and a full customization system including outfits and cosmetics. We want to build a deeper, more varied party experience with every update.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core gameplay is complete and fully playable. Jump in right now and enjoy the game. More cards, modes, and customization are on the way.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the price will increase when we leave early access. We want to reward our early adopters with a lower entry price during the Early Access phase. As we add major features, content, and polish leading up to the full launch, the price will be adjusted upward to reflect the complete value of the game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Your feedback is everything. Join our Steam discussions, tell us which cards and game modes you want to see next, and help us build this game together!”

About This Game

Magic Cards Duel is a chaotic party card game for 2–4 players where magical cards can affect both the match and what players experience on screen.

Some cards stun opponents or wipe their hands; others blur their vision, jumpscare them, teleport them to strange

places, force them to dance, or summon meteor showers. These are just a few examples of

the game’s many card effects.

Players can respond when targeted with Counter Cards that deny, reflect, or steal an

incoming card. They can also chain matching cards into combos, while character stats and

situational perks add more tactical possibilities.
