"High pay. Simple tasks. Room and board included." Monitor "anomalies" through hidden CCTV cameras scattered throughout the hotel rooms. You must accurately judge and report whether a situation requires a mere cleaner, the intervention of law enforcement, or... something far beyond.

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want to continuously improve the game based on your feedback and work toward a more polished full release.

During Early Access, we will take both player feedback and gameplay data into consideration to identify where players may have difficulty or where they may stop playing. Based on these findings, we plan to adjust the game’s balance, strengthen its core gameplay experience, and prepare a more polished full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Early Access to last for up to four months. However, this may change depending on the amount of player feedback we receive and the scope of the improvements we need to make.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We are currently aiming to complete development of the full version in the first half of 2027. We plan to use feedback received during Early Access to make improvements as development continues.

We also plan to expand the game with additional content, including the **Suite Room**, which is not available during Early Access. The story is planned to explore three types of rooms—**Standard Room, Twin Room, and Suite Room**—with additional content for each room as we continue developing the story of *Hotel Napoli*.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“*Hotel Napoli* is a game built around an immersive experience and a unique atmosphere. However, we found that some players had difficulty understanding how to progress while determining whether something was an anomaly, and that the overall difficulty could be quite high.

For Early Access, we have added a tutorial and difficulty system that were not included in the demo, making it easier for players to understand and enjoy the game. We have also introduced the story and a new room, the **Twin Room**, to give players more reasons to continue playing.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The full version will include improvements based on player feedback received during Early Access, as well as the new **Suite Room** and various additional content and refinements. As a result, the price is planned to increase when the full version is released.

At the same time, we would like to offer the game at a lower price during Early Access as a way of thanking players who choose to purchase a game that is still in development and help us shape it through their valuable feedback.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to receive player feedback through our **Discord server** and **Steam Discussions**.

Your feedback will not only help us improve the quality of the game, but may also give us new ideas that we had not considered ourselves. Even small observations are valuable, so please feel free to share anything you notice or experience while playing the game.”

About This Game

[Game Overview]

The Guidelines: Hotel Napoli is a horror observation simulation that blends "Napolitan" rule-based horror with a chilling surveillance system. From an isolated monitor room, you must analyze static CCTV snapshots capturing the hotel's most private corners. Maintain your composure as the environment around you begins to warp and the mundane turns macabre.

[Key Features]

  • Static Horror, Lingering Dread: This is not a live feed. Detect subtle, terrifying changes through CCTV snapshots updated at specific intervals. The horror lies in what changed between the frames.

  • Reporting and Classification System: Detected anomalies must be handled differently depending on their threat level.

    • Object Anomaly

    • CCTV Exposed

    • Non-human Presence

  • Napolitan-Style Manuals: Master the daily checklists and operational guidelines provided to you. But beware—the text may distort without warning, and the rules you once trusted may suddenly contradict reality.

  • Exposed Surveillance: The cameras hidden throughout the guest rooms are not always invisible. If a guest stares directly into a lens or damages a camera, report it immediately to the designated number for "follow-up." Do not question why these cameras were hidden in the first place.

  • Psychological Isolation: Endure the crushing pressure of a cramped, dark backroom equipped only with a monitor and a telephone. Earn your high hourly wage—if you can survive the mental toll.
