What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We chose Early Access because this game is all about long-term progression, relaxing loops, and player-driven choices, and those systems are best shaped together with the community.
Fishing balance, boat and rod upgrades, the value of selling vs. showing fish, and how visitors interact with the island are all areas where player feedback is extremely valuable.

By releasing in Early Access, we can first deliver a solid, playable core experience, then refine and expand it based on how real players actually play: which fish they chase, how they build their aquarium, and what kind of pacing and goals feel the most satisfying.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect the game to remain in Early Access for roughly 4-6 months.
Our rough goal is to leave Early Access once the core features are polished, the main progression is complete, and there is a healthy amount of content to explore, rather than on a specific fixed date.
If we see that the community still has important feature requests or balance issues near that time, we may stay in Early Access a bit longer to address them.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to expand and refine everything that’s already in the Early Access build. For example, we plan to:

Add more fishing areas and biomes in the ocean, with new types of fish to discover.

Introduce additional boat and rod upgrades, as well as more progression paths for players who focus on collecting, on income, or on relaxation.

Expand the giant aquarium with more customization options, decorations, and ways to present your rarest fish to visitors.

Improve visitor behavior and island life so that your aquarium reputation feels more meaningful.

Add more quality-of-life features, visual polish, sound and music improvements, achievements, and potentially more localization options.

These are our current plans, not guaranteed promises. We will adjust our priorities based on player feedback during Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already includes a complete core loop:

You can sail out with your boat, fish in the ocean, and catch different fish types.

You can sell your fish to earn money and upgrade your boat and fishing rod.

You can choose to display certain fish in your large aquarium on the island instead of selling them.

Visitors can come to your island to see your aquarium.

The game is playable and stable, but it is not content-complete. Some systems are still simple or in an early form (for example, visitor behavior, variety of fish, and long-term progression). Visuals, UI, and balancing are also subject to change and improvement during Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We currently plan to offer the game at a lower price during Early Access and to increase the price later as we add more content and features.

In other words, players who join and support the project during Early Access are planned to get the game at a better price than after full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want the community to actively help shape the future of the game. We plan to:

Use the Steam Community forums to gather feedback, bug reports, suggestions, and balance opinions.

Share updates and development notes so players can see what we are working on next.

Listen closely to how different playstyles (collectors, min-maxers, relaxed players) experience the pacing, income, and upgrade systems.

Adjust priorities based on what players most enjoy or struggle with, whether that is more fish variety, better aquarium tools, new areas, or more comfort features.

Player feedback will directly influence which features we focus on, how we tune progression, and what kind of end-game goals we aim to add.”

About This Game

In the middle of a remote island, with an old fishing rod in your hands and an ocean that looks endless all around you… this time, you’re not alone.

In this game, you try to survive on an island in the middle of the ocean with up to 4 players. A mysterious creature living on the island demands a certain amount of fish every day. If you can’t meet the daily quota by the end of the day, you lose. So every day is a race: find the right fish, catch them fast, protect what you caught, and deliver it.

While trying to complete the daily goal, you can also buy upgrades that make things easier. More efficient gear, better catching options, and faster progress as a team… because the creature’s demands may become more challenging over time.

And watch out: seagulls flying around the island can smell fish from afar. They might snatch your fish and fly away in an instant. Buy a scarecrow to protect your catch and keep the seagull threat under control.

Key Features
