Wu Xingyun underwent a series of genetic experiments, and as a result, she possesses the ability to trigger a powerful bond with anyone she wishes. A royal socialite of great renown, living well in the capital thanks to the feats of his ancestors: heroes that guarded the kingdom in times of old. He, on the other hand, gambled his days away without a care. A strapping, cheerful figure. Noble, heroic and full of vim and vigor, yet with a tendency to be most unconventional: a trait that goes deeper than mere appearances.

As a child, he was sent to serve as a study partner to the reigning emperor who was of a similar age to himself. They soon became firm friends. In later days he secretly began studying under Yan Junce, the master military strategist. Thus he sharpened his skills in martial arts, traps and the arcane, agricultural skills, and more... A young man of burgeoning talent.

However, political elites ruled the government with an iron grip. Exhibiting his talents would draw their perilous gaze, and so he opted to pass himself off as a reckless and debauched character instead. Hence he evaded their attention.

In time, his life would take a dramatic turn, and Feng Feisheng would be cast out into the world and its dark underbelly. Joining the resistance forces formed by his former mentor, he set his sights higher—to the royal throne, where he would lead in benevolence and bring peace to this world...

A most unrestrained and defiant soul, his boldness often borders on aggression. He's a man who follows his heart; if he desires something, he simply must have it. And if an enemy dares stand before him, he'll stop at nothing to strike them down. No matter what it takes, he'll get his way.

In time, his life would take a dramatic turn, and he'd be exiled into the world beyond. Eventually the leader of an ancient sect came to his rescue, and from then on, he'd serve as his disciple. Feng Feisheng was born with exceptional talent, yet even so, he toiled with tireless diligence to become even greater. For he burned with the desire to prove his worth, and gain permission from the sect master to depart from their mountains and avenge his family. Alas, things did not quite go to plan...

Choice OR is an AVG (adventure game visual novel) that presents a thrilling fusion of exploration, strategy, and rich storytelling through different worlds. You, a young inhabitant of one of the doomsday bunkers in which humanity now resides, are chosen by the [System]. Rise to the challenge, for if you fail, the [System] shall re-purpose you for sustenance as a makeshift protein source... Select one of the women before you to join you as you form a [Doomsday Duo], and travel together between your reality, and a virtual ancient realm. Prepare yourself for a heart-pounding trial that shall seal your fate.

In the post-apocalyptic world of today, humanity has retreated underground into sprawling bunkers. Resources dwindle and life is a daily struggle. Thus, a young group is selected and locked within a villa by the bunker's all-powerful AI: the [System]. For here, they shall undergo brutal trials to decide who passes on the Flame of Humanity.

Those selected must travel into an ancient Eastern world of cultivation, and pass a series of challenges. Only then shall they prove to the [System] and their partner that they are truly capable of saving mankind, and averting its impending doom. Those not selected and those who fail shall share the same chilling fate: they shall be repurposed, their proteins used to fuel the underground world. Resources are scarce, and mercy is scarcer.

If you, Contestant 009, are to succeed... then you must choose one from among the women selected by the [System]. Win her trust, stand as her partner, and pass on the Flame of Humanity... Achieve that, and you shall ascend to the surface together, carving a new path of hope for all mankind.

Step foot in a virtual Eastern land, in which a dynasty trembles on the edge of collapse, and mysterious cultivation practices abound. Terrible, demonic beings run rampant beyond the city walls. Yet equally terrifying are the noble cultivator clans, and the hedonistic aristocracy that has fallen from grace. Like in reality, humanity's end looms in this place. Or perhaps, you'll fight as a man fallen from grace and exiled amid the demonic siege. Turn the tide, defend the city, and experience the rush of rescuing civilization from certain doom.

A riveting narrative unfolds as you proceed through unknown lands—as it twists and turns, you'll also have to explore as much as you can before time runs out. Plan out where you'll go, and what you'll do. Collect materials, sharpen your skills, and complete quests. Will you talk your way out of danger in the face of fearsome foes and strife? Or will you win through sheer force in battle, or even charm your way to victory with magical artifacts? There are always many different ways to approach each event.

Live through deadly struggles, and you may obtain such mighty artifacts. Moreover, they—and their incredible powers—can return with you to reality, back in the underground bunker! Use them to gain lofty [System] privileges, unlocking hidden content and learning the ladies' deepest secrets.

You're not in the clear just by completing a quest in this other space, however: on return you'll be up against a fearsome Trust Assessment. They'll be casting votes, and your life hangs in the balance. Build your relationships and bonds during free time in the villa. Or else, you may never live to see the end of this story...
