What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We chose Early Access for Contrabandism Simulator because we want to develop the game together with the community.
While the core gameplay systems are in place and fully playable, the game still has room to grow in terms of balance, content variety, and overall depth.

During Early Access, player feedback will play a key role in refining existing mechanics and shaping future features.
Our goal is to work closely with the community throughout development and deliver a more polished and rewarding experience over time.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Contrabandism Simulator to remain in Early Access for approximately one year.
During this time, we plan to expand the game with new content, refine existing systems, and improve overall balance and polish.

The exact duration may change depending on player feedback and development progress. Our priority is not rushing a release, but delivering a complete and high-quality experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version offers the core gameplay and main systems of Contrabandism Simulator. The full release aims to build upon this foundation with additional content, deeper mechanics, and a more refined overall experience.

With the full version, we plan to expand in-game systems, add more depth to existing mechanics, and introduce new content that makes the harbor feel more alive and dynamic. Performance improvements, balance adjustments, and user interface enhancements will also be key elements of the full release.

Community feedback will play an important role in shaping priorities and guiding future development.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and includes the core gameplay systems. The day-night cycle, trading mechanics, auctions, container system, and co-op support are currently active. Development is ongoing, with regular updates focused on content expansion, balance adjustments, and performance improvements.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to offer the game at a more accessible price during Early Access. As development progresses and the amount of content expands, the pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

In particular, we are considering a price increase after the release of the major planned update, the “Rivals” mode. Players who purchase the game during Early Access will retain access to future content without additional charges.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to place community feedback at the core of our development process. Player suggestions, balance feedback, and bug reports will directly influence feature prioritization and improvements to existing systems.

By maintaining open communication during updates, we aim to gather player input on gameplay mechanics and future content. Our goal is to shape Contrabandism Simulator together with the community.”

About This Game

Contrabandism Simulator is a simulation game set in a port that lives at night, where the moral boundaries of trade are unclear.
Every product has a story, every customer has an intention, and every night has its own unique risk.

The goal of the game is simple: make profit and survive.
However, nothing in the port is as simple as it seems.

Night begins, trade intensifies

The game is mainly played at night. As the port sinks into darkness, customers arrive one by one at your shop.
Some want to sell goods, others come to buy from your shelves.
It is up to the player to decide who is honest and who is opportunistic.

Every negotiation is a risk.
The wrong price, the wrong customer, or the wrong product can lead to a loss-filled night.

Daytime: preparation and strategy

When the sun rises, the port becomes calm.
This time is used to organize the shop, place products on shelves, and plan for the next night.

Daytime preparations determine whether you survive the night.

Containers, auctions, and uncertainty

Products are not only obtained from customers.

Auctions offer rare and valuable items, but carry high risk.

Containers purchased from the container dealer contain random goods depending on their type and rarity. Every opening is a surprise.

The trader sells a limited and random selection of goods. Prices are often unreliable.

The system constantly leaves the player with one question:
“Is this really a good opportunity, or an expensive mistake?”

Atmosphere and emotion

The game takes place in a gloomy port environment.
Foggy docks, dim lights, and ambient sounds create a tense atmosphere that keeps the player alert.

Contrabandism Simulator is not just a trading game; it is an experience built on waiting, suspicion, and risk-taking.

No one in this port is completely innocent. What matters is whether you are still standing when morning comes.
