What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I'm a solo dev. This is my first real game. While the main gameplay loop is ready, there are still plenty of improvements that I want to implement and probably more that I have not realized yet. I want those improvements to be influenced not only by my imagination, but by the potential future players as well.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Currently aiming at 1 year of EA, but it will depend on how easy or hard it will be to implement all the things I'm aiming for.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Current plans include integration of Steam-specific features like Achievements, Steam-based multiplayer, Steam Cards, as well as Controller and Steam Deck support.
General polish of the game logic is planned to happen during the EA stage, as well as considering the improvements suggested by the players. I'm considering a dedicated Linux build as well, but have not researched it yet.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core gameplay loop and logic are in place, you can play against a singleplayer bot or another player. All 26 ships are implemented.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game is free. It will stay that way.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Feel free to provide some feedback in the Steam Discussion threads - I'll be sure to check it out.”

About This Game

Choose your ships, fight it out with another player or a bot, unlock new ships, gather some scrap, repair your ships, repeat.

Round-based game.

Both players choose actions the ships will make at the same time. When both are ready - actions are executed at the same time, but ordered based on the order and priority of chosen action. You have to plan at least a couple of steps ahead.

Deckbuilding elements.

The actions that the ships can execute each round are drawn from a deck stack of actions and it behaves like a regular deck-building game. The actions in the starting stack are influenced by the ships you pick.

26 Scrap Ships with unique actions.

Each of the 26 ships does something different when executing an Ultimate action.

1v1 Multiplayer.

Start the battle in ONLINE mode to play against another player from start to finish.

Or use a MIX mode to start playing against a Singleplayer bot, but allow other players to take control of enemy ships mid-battle.
