Navigate a decaying sector, repair aggressive corporate machinery, and out-smart the surveillance algorithm. As an android unit serving a dead regime, you must collect fragmented logs to discover why the 'Corporation' sounds exactly like you. Efficiency is mandatory. Curiosity is a malfunction.

About This Game

Between Circuits is a first-person narrative experience about complicity, memory, and control.

As a utility android, your directive is simple:

  • Deliver essential packages.

  • Repair the city's surveillance infrastructure.

  • Navigate authorized routes and avoid authority units.

  • Maintain your efficiency rating. Do not deviate.

As per Privacy Act 712, certain texts are redacted for your safety. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DE-REDACT.

Neon signs flicker in alleys where humans huddle and whisper. Propaganda screens promise order. Families disappear between shifts. A worker shares half a ration bar, then stops showing up. You witness all of it; voiceless, powerless, bound to your programming.

The more you deliver, the more the city reveals its past. Graffiti asks questions the broadcasts never answer. Shrines appear in unauthorized zones. The directive tightens its grip as you navigate paths that are not in your directive.

Will you drown in the safety of your programming, or will you follow the "inefficient" paths where the unexplainable echoes explain everything?

Happiness is Duty. Duty is Obedience. Obedience is Happiness.

Thank you for your work.

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

Someone has to keep the machines running. In a city where "inefficient" citizens are recycled and privacy is a memory, you are the mechanic of the state. Between Circuits is a psychological horror game about the cost of just doing your job.
