Why Early Access?

“I need testers. I've been working on this by myself for over a year. It has reached the point I'm ready to let other people play too. Tell me what I should fix and/or add. I'd prefer to find out before cancel culture decides for the rest of you.

I am committed to a full release. This is the culmination of my life's work as a programmer and the realization of my goals as a gamer/programmer. I'm making the game I want to play. Help me reawaken the starfighter sim genre.”

“Less than a month to polish it for full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Story mode with four acts, encompassing a year of in-game Solar System defense. The story is mostly written. It just needs implementation.

Other goals:

* More weapons
* More enemy variety
* Random loot/upgrades
* Leaderboards
* Achievements
* Trading and cargo hauling (TBD)

“Fully playable as long as you don't need a story:
* Fully explorable Solar System
* Visit any planet with real-time FTL
* Each planet has a unique themed soundtrack
* Two enemy factions consisting of ten unique ships
* One friendly faction with ten unique ships
* Lots of weapons that just need UI for selection
* Four missions at varying difficulty levels
* Infinite waves of alien invaders at the chosen mission's difficulty level
* Scoring upon death
* Infinite retries”
