Just like everyone else, you have to pay bills, earn money, take care of your house, and do all those everyday routines – eat, drink, water the plants, take care of the dog, clean up, wash the dishes...
But there’s one big BUT.

You’ve only recently discovered that you have ADHD.
For years, you thought you were just lazy, unorganized, or incapable of focusing.
But it turns out those four little letters are what shape the quality of your life and your relationships.

You might think it’s nothing. That everyone has it.
Then it shouldn’t be that hard for you to water a few plants, walk the dog, or just sit down and write one simple email… right?
