With the knowledge that any day can be their last as men before losing themselves to a sickness they cannot predict nor resist, today's survivors live like wolves, imposing their will on the world through the law of the strongest, no future in sight, only a brutal but honest way of life.
But someone, somewhere, yearns for an existence greater than this primitive state of being, for to them men weren't made to live like brutes but to pursue virtue.

Bio Sin portrays a world which has reverted back to a more primitive state in the aftermath of the Armageddon, one in which the rights and duties of the one we live in no longer apply.
Therefore, there will be depictions of liberal use of violence, alcohol and drug abuse, suicide, human trafficking and slavery, mild nudity (sex workers may wear scant clothing), full nudity (in the case of certain creatures, especially the Berserkers, once people who due to their sickness devolved to a state of pure savagery and who have long lost all notions of social norms).
