Why Early Access?

“I’m releasing this game in Early Access because the core experience is already fun and fully playable, but there’s still room to refine the pacing, balance, and long-term progression with real player feedback. As a solo developer, Early Access lets me gather input on things like recipe tuning, customer behavior, weather effects, and neighborhood activities while continuing to polish the world and add new features.

The foundation is solid, and Early Access gives me the chance to shape the final version alongside players who enjoy the game, without locking myself into assumptions before seeing how people actually play.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“My current goal is less than one year. However, if community feedback leads to bigger features or re-balancing, the timeline may shift slightly. I want to avoid rushing and make sure the full version feels complete.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release is planned to expand the sandbox-style neighborhood experience while deepening the lemonade stand systems. My current roadmap includes:

More interactive objects and locations in the neighborhood

Small “neighborhood events” (e.g., garage sales where players can find new equipment)

Additional drinks and recipes beyond lemonade

More equipment upgrades and daily progression options

UI polish, more animations, additional sound/music, and general quality-of-life improvements

Refinements to customer behavior, satisfaction, and weather-based systems

All planned features may evolve based on player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable, with all core systems working and both 7-day and 14-day game modes available from start to finish. Players can:

Run their lemonade stand through complete multi-day sessions

Explore a cozy suburban neighborhood with a couple interactable points of interest

Cut and juice lemons, adjust recipes, serve drinks

Manage pricing, ingredients, and upgrades

Experience a full customer queue system with satisfaction, tipping, and feedback

Deal with daily weather that affects ingredient amounts, recipe balance, and customer demand

Unlock equipment and permanent progression goals, including the backyard pool

Save and load progress between days

Almost everything in the “About This Game” section is already implemented. Remaining work focuses on polish, balance tuning, UI improvements, additional side activities, and bug fixing.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. I do not plan to change the price after Early Access. The price is intended to stay the same for both the Early Access version and the full release.”
