Hellrifters is a squad-based survivors-like roguelite where physics-driven

destruction, four-hero formations, and brutal corpse-soccer turn Hell's chaos

into your weapon. Start alone against the horde, grow into a four-soldier

death machine, and break Hell itself with the right build.

Push through escalating Rifts in the Campaign, or grind wave-based stages in

the Battle Arena. Both modes share full progression. Every unlock, hero, and

module feeds the same squad's growth.

Survive the abyss long enough, and Hell's fury becomes your weapon.

PASS, KICK, ANNIHILATE

Your squad doesn't just shoot. It plays a deadly game of soccer with the

battlefield. Heroes automatically scoop up enemy corpses, severed limbs, and

shattered debris within their reach, then pass them to teammates who can hit

the targets they can't. Every hero kicks with their own signature style, so

your squad feels different in motion as well as in firepower. Punt a charging

brute's torso into a horde for a chain-kill, or let your squad set up the

perfect kick. Physics is your secondary weapon.

AUTO-SHOOT, MANUAL ANYTIME

Your squad fires automatically, freeing you to focus on positioning,

abilities, and squad commands. There's no mode to commit to. Take manual aim

at any moment and your shot fires instantly over the auto behavior. The squad

keeps doing its job. You step in when it matters.

FOUR HEROES, FOUR SIGNATURES

Start with a single fighter and unlock new heroes as you progress, building

out a four-character squad. Each hero brings a unique weapon, stat profile,

exclusive level-up category, and a Signature Ability that only they can use.

Lead them in a precision-based "bead chain" formation where positioning and

timing matter as much as firepower.

SPECIAL ABILITIES TO CONTROL CHAOS

Slow time with Bullet Time, reposition with Teleport, distract demons with

Decoy, or unleash devastating force with Deathball. Browsing your abilities

slows time, giving you breathing room to think, react, and turn overwhelming

moments into tactical victories.

BUILD YOUR DEATH MACHINE

Every level-up offers meaningful choices: flexible free upgrades or

specialized premium picks. Collect Upgrade Modules to permanently boost stats,

add passives, and unlock new abilities. Dismantle modules and forge new ones

by tier, rarity, and category. Combine meta progression with class-specific

mid-run upgrades for synergies that turn your squad into a build you designed.

DESTRUCTIBLE BATTLEFIELDS, LETHAL HAZARDS

Shatter cover, wreck the environment, and leave behind scorch marks, blood,

and gore that remain for the entire run. Cross lava, sludge, and other deadly

hazards with your jetpack, or get dragged down into the chaos below.

THE RIFT CAMPAIGN

Descend through brutal Rifts, each divided into escalating sub-levels. Every

mission challenges you with a primary survival goal and optional secondary

objectives. Clear them for bonus rewards and faster progression. Unlock new

heroes, face tougher enemies, and grow stronger with every descent.

CHALLENGE THE ARCH-DEVIL FOR DOMINANCE STARS

Steamroll the battlefield hard enough and the Arch-Devil takes notice,

offering Dominance Stars in exchange for tougher enemies. Earn permanent

marks of mastery for the players who break Hell itself with their builds,

and have something to prove it.

Whether you survive or fall, Hell remembers.
