What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Through Early Access, we aim to gather player feedback as early as possible and invite everyone to participate in the development process. Your suggestions and opinions will help us continuously improve the software’s features and user experience, while also allowing players to better understand the development progress and build the best multi-color 3D model generation tool together.”

Approximately how long will this software be in Early Access?

“To ensure the software meets our goals in terms of functionality and stability, we expect the Early Access phase to last for about one year. However, the actual duration may vary depending on development progress and player feedback, as we continue refining the overall experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already includes core features such as converting colorful SVG files into multi-colored 3D models and basic color channel management.
Future versions are planned to expand functionality and improve performance, though specific features may change during development.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version supports generating 3D models made of eight basic color materials from color SVG graphics. The core functionality is available, allowing users to experience the main workflow and help us identify and improve potential issues.”

Will this software be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, during Early Access the game is available at a lower price to thank our early supporters! The post–Early Access pricing has not yet been determined, and any future changes will be announced in advance on the store page and community channels.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We encourage users to share their feedback and suggestions through forums, social media, surveys, and beta testing. The development team will refer to player input for iterative improvements, though not all requests may be implemented. Community participation will directly shape the direction of development and overall user experience.”

About This Software

What is WoColor8?

WoColor8 is a software tool that brings “4096+ color flat 3D printing” to ordinary FDM printers. Using 8 base filaments and a multi-layer material stacking technique, it turns your images into fully printable, full-color flat 3D models.

Whether you’re a creator, designer, or simply want to make a personalized piece, WoColor8 helps you turn any image into a tangible, colorful object.

Turn any image into a 3D printable color model — with one click

Load any image and instantly get:

  • An automatically generated flat 3D color model

  • Real-time preview (very close to the final printed result)

  • Adjustable size, material scheme, and color configuration

  • One-click export to a ready-to-print file

No modeling experience required — the software handles all the complex calculations and layering for you.

Why is WoColor8 different?

● 4096+ Colors (with 8 base materials)

Colors are produced through material stacking rather than ink or dye. This results in more stable, more affordable, and more controllable color output.

● Compatible with ordinary FDM 3D printers

No hardware modification needed. If you have a multi-material system (such as AMS), you can print using 2 / 4 / 6 / 8-color modes.

● Real-time preview that closely matches the real print

Especially when using co-developed, stack-optimized filaments, the on-screen preview is almost identical to the actual object.

A new way for 2D images to “become physical.”

Core Features

  • Image → Flat full-color 3D model

  • Preset color palettes / Custom colors

  • Flexible size and thickness adjustments

  • One-click generation of print-ready files

WoColor8 turns color printing from “high-skill and complex” into “press once and done.”

Create colors you can hold in your hand

With WoColor8, your creations no longer stay on the screen — they become real, giftable, displayable, collectible objects.

Whether it’s a cherished photo, game character, hand-drawn illustration, logo, or icon, everything can become a clear, durable, full-color flat 3D print.
