Wo Color 8 End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you (“User”) and Ma’anshan Legang Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Company”) regarding your use of the standalone software Wo Color 8 developed by the Company. Please read this Agreement carefully before installing or using the software. By clicking “Agree” or using the software, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement applies to your use of the standalone software Wo Color 8 and its single-user functions.
This Agreement includes the main text and any supplemental notices or usage policies issued by the Company from time to time, all of which form an integral part of this Agreement.
2. Software License and Use
The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the software solely on personal devices.
Users shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use the software for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.
Users must use the software lawfully and in accordance with this Agreement and any instructions provided by the software.
3. User Information and Privacy
Wo Color 8 is a standalone software and generally does not collect personal information.
If certain functions require uploading data or providing feedback, the Company will strictly comply with applicable laws to protect user privacy and will not disclose user data to unrelated third parties.
4. User Conduct
While using the software, users must comply with the following rules:
Do not use the software for illegal or infringing activities;
Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with software protections;
Do not use the software to distribute illegal content or for commercial profit.
The Company reserves the right to restrict access or functionality for users who violate these rules.
5. Software Updates and Interruptions
The Company may modify, update, or fix the software features as needed for technical improvements or updates.
The Company is not responsible for any software interruptions or malfunctions caused by force majeure or third-party factors but will make reasonable efforts to provide fixes or updates.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, ownership, and related intellectual property of Wo Color 8 (including but not limited to its software content, functionality, interface design, source code, trademarks, and other identifiers) belong exclusively to the Company. Without the Company’s prior written consent, users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the software or its contents for commercial purposes.
The intellectual property rights of any works, printed materials, or output results generated by users through the use of this software belong to their respective rights holders. Users must ensure that their use, creation, printing, or distribution of such content does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, portrait rights, etc.).
If a user uses this software to output, print, distribute, or sell content containing another party’s intellectual property (such as trademarks, works, or images) and such use results in any dispute, claim, or loss, the user shall bear full legal responsibility, and the Company shall not be held liable in any way.
The Company only provides a technical tool and is not obligated to review or assume joint liability for any content generated by users. However, upon becoming aware of any illegal or infringing use, the Company reserves the right to take necessary actions, including suspension of use, termination of the license, or cooperation with law enforcement authorities in investigations.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court in the jurisdiction of the Company’s location.
8. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement as necessary. The modified Agreement will take effect once published.
The software uses the Electron framework, which is licensed under the MIT License. All copyrights of Electron belong to the Electron contributors.
