“We plan to keep Cafe Business Manager in Early Access for around 8–12 months.
However, this may vary depending on community feedback and the amount of new content we add.
Our focus is quality over speed — we’ll move to the full release only when we’re confident the experience feels complete and satisfying.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to expand the scope of Cafe Business Manager significantly.
We aim to include new features, improved systems, and deeper gameplay across every aspect of management.
The full release is planned to unlock the entire city map, allowing players to purchase and manage new cafés in different districts — each with its own atmosphere, customers, and challenges.

We also plan to add new interactive locations such as supply markets, decoration stores, and city events to offer new ways to grow your café business.

Players can expect more customization options, improved staff management, better AI behaviors, and new types of food and drinks.
Our goal is to create a richer, more dynamic café management experience shaped by community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already offers a fully playable café management experience — including customer interactions, worker AI, building and decoration systems, and daily business management.
Players can manage orders, expand their café, hire employees, and unlock new features as they progress.
While most core systems are complete, content and balancing will continue to improve throughout Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to slightly increase the price once Cafe Business Manager leaves Early Access, reflecting the added content and new features included in the full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will play a key role throughout development.
We’ll be actively engaging with players through our Steam forums and official Discord server, collecting suggestions, bug reports, and improvement ideas.
Many updates will be directly inspired by community input, and we’ll share our development progress regularly through posts and announcements.”
