No monsters. No jumpscares. Just a house on a hill that shouldn't exist, built by a man who wanted to protect the world from what lives beneath it. The doors are locked. The walls breathe. Every room tells you what happened here, if you're willing to listen. Enter. Descend. Remember.

About This Game

"If you stare into the abyss long enough, the abyss stares back."

A man of faith discovered something beneath the mountain: a wound in the earth that whispered with a voice older than prayer. He built his home directly above it. Not to worship what lay below, but to seal it forever.

To silence the enemy, he studied its language. To break its seals, he read its books. To understand its words, he listened to its whispers.

He listened too long.

Now the house stands empty on the hilltop. The windows are nailed shut from the inside. Salt lines guard every threshold. Not to keep things out, but to keep something in.

You are Elias. You came looking for a story. The door locked behind you.

There is no exit.

HOW IT PLAYS

Touch Everything : Pick up, carry, and throw nearly every object in the house. Pull key items into focus and rotate them to read hidden notes.

Open Slowly : Doors don't swing open with a button press. You push them with your hand, feeling the hinges resist.

Listen Before You Enter : In the depths below the house, wrong doors mean death. Press close. Listen. If you hear breathing, walk away. The silent door is the safe one.

Trust Nothing : The house watches you. Rooms shift when you're not looking. The warm light behind a keyhole is a lie.

THE DESCENT

The house is a vertical journey into the mind of a man who lost his war with the dark.

Upstairs : Dusty crucifixes. Prayer beads. The fading warmth of a man who still believed.

Ground Floor : The prayers stop. The symbols change. Something has bled through the walls.

Below : Sulfur. Stagnant water. Flies. Your flashlight shows you less and less. The darkness shows you more.

The Bottom : What he tried to lock away is still there. It has been patient.

FEATURES

First-person atmospheric horror: slow, deliberate, suffocating.

Zero jumpscares: terror comes from silence, ambiguity, and things that are almost wrong.

Physics-based interaction: grab, inspect, throw, push. The world has weight.

Environmental storytelling: no cutscenes, no narrator. Read the rooms. Read the walls.

Diegetic interface: no HUD, no health bar. Only Elias's quiet thoughts, appearing as text.

A single house, endlessly corrupted: revisit familiar rooms as the corruption seeps upward.

• Dense, handcrafted experience: every object is placed with intent, every silence is designed.

"He who fights the dragon long enough becomes the dragon."

Someone lived here. He wanted to save the world. But the voice from below was louder than the silence of God.
