Why Early Access?

“SIQIL core is unusual, full-body webcam control mixed with online physics walking simulator — and the best way to get it feeling great is with real players on real hardware. Early Access lets us tune the body-tracking, balance feel, and multiplayer alongside the community that will actually play it.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We estimate roughly 6–12 months, depending on community feedback and how quickly we can expand content and harden the online experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release aims to add more maps/biomes to climb, additional cosmetics and unlocks, more game modes, refined webcam gestures and accessibility options, controller/keybind polish, and broader netcode stability. Feature scope may adjust based on player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable: online multiplayer lobbies, physics-based ragdoll climbing, two control schemes (keyboard/controller and webcam body-tracking with calibration and error recovery), character customization, checkpoints, chat, emotes, and a scoreboard are all in. Expect rough edges and ongoing balancing while we expand content.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will likely increase as significant content and features are added. Early Access players get in at the lowest price as a thank-you for helping shape the game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

SIQIL

"SIQIL" (from the Javanese word "sikil") means "leg" — because here, your legs are everything.

SIQIL is a physics-based online walking game about guiding a freshly hatched chick, perched on two comically unstable human legs across treacherous paths, narrow bridges, and dizzying drops. One clumsy step and you're going down... hopefully not all the way.

Inspired by the deliberate, one-step-at-a-time locomotion of games like Baby Steps — then cranked up with online multiplayer and full-body webcam motion control.

Walk With Your Own Body (Webcam Mode)

SIQIL's signature twist: put down the controller and move your character with your actual body using any webcam.

  • March your legs to take each step. Yes! it's real leg day.

  • Move your arms to steer and keep your balance.

  • Cross your arms to pause. On-screen calibration gets you playing in seconds.

Your Step Is Your Life

A physics-driven balance system means momentum, over-reaching, and panic all send you sprawling. There's no grabbing your way out of trouble. It's just you, two unruly legs, and the will to stay upright. Master the wobble and the path is yours.

Customize Your Chicken & Legs

Customize your chick across multiple cosmetic slots : Head, Face, Shell, Legs, and Accessories. You can unlock all of the cosmetics in-game as you go and picking up some egg on the route.

Online Multiplayer Party

  • Jump into online lobbies with friends via Steam.

  • Race to the finish, mess with each other, or just vibe and waddle along.
