Why Early Access?

“We aim to include our players in the fun as early as possible by launching the game in Early Access. Additionally, we want to use player feedback and suggestions as a reference to improve the game. Through this journey, we plan to work together with our players to deliver a better game by the end of the Early Access period.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to release the full game within 12 months. This timeframe is what we estimate to implement all the planned features and refine the game into its best version.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to expand Monster Lab Simulator into the complete vision we had from the beginning. Shaped by our players’ feedback, our goal is to develop it into a game that goes beyond our original vision. The Early Access version already delivers the core monster creation and lab management loop, including monster battles, preparing orders, and more. The full release will go further with:
Multiplayer support so players can share labs and compete.
More monsters and variants across all growth stages.
Deeper combat mechanics with expanded fighting and progression systems.
Additional lab machines and automation tools to create even more engaging layouts.
Quality-of-life and polish improvements guided by community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version is fully playable and contains the core gameplay loop:
Players can hatch and evolve monsters, see them roam around the lab, interact with them or let them interact with you :)
Orders and deliveries create objectives that guide progression.
Core lab management systems are functional, letting players place and optimize machines.
Monster combat is here, though it’s not yet at the full depth we’re planning.
In short, you can already play, grow, and manage monsters in your lab, but some advanced features and polish are still in development.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will increase once the full version is released. We want to thank the players who support us during Early Access and contribute to the development of the game with their feedback and suggestions!”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We listen to player feedback. Our Discord server is open for players to share their ideas about the game. We also regularly check Steam discussions. Through these channels, players can report bugs and offer great ideas to help shape the game. We want to develop this game together with our community.”
